The retina is the light-sensitive layer at the back of the eye and is essential for clear vision. Retinal problems can sometimes develop without obvious symptoms, particularly in people with diabetes or other medical conditions.

How Retinal Problems Are Evaluated

Treatment depends on the cause and severity of the retinal condition. Some patients may require medical treatment or monitoring, while others may need specialist retinal procedures such as injections or laser treatment.
